• Account data: name, email address, and password when you register
• Payment data: billing information processed by Razorpay — we never store your card details
• Content inputs: prompts, niche selections, and configuration you provide to generate videos
• Communications: messages you send via our contact form or support email

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits consumed, and actions taken in the platform
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
• Cookies: session tokens and analytics identifiers (see Section 5)

2.3 Third-Party Platform Data

If you connect YouTube, Instagram, or Facebook accounts, we receive OAuth access tokens scoped only to publishing on your behalf. We do not access your followers, messages, or private account data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and subscription
• Process payments and credit transactions via Razorpay
• Generate AI-powered video content based on your inputs
• Publish content to connected third-party platforms on your behalf
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, video-ready notifications)
• Monitor platform health, detect errors, and prevent fraud
• Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised usage analytics
• Respond to support requests and feedback

We do not use your prompts or generated content to train AI models, and we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We share your data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the platform:

• Razorpay — payment processing
• SendGrid — transactional email delivery
• fal.ai — AI image generation (Flux 2 Pro); your prompts are transmitted to generate images
• Google / OpenRouter — LLM inference (Gemini models); your prompts are transmitted to generate scripts
• Railway / Neon / Vercel — infrastructure hosting
• Sentry — error monitoring (anonymised stack traces)
• Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage analytics

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes. We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ARSI Tech Solutions, our users, or the public.

We use the following types of cookies and similar technologies:

• Session cookies: HttpOnly cookies to maintain your authenticated session securely
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymised usage data; no personally identifiable information is included
• Preference cookies: to remember your theme (light/dark) preference

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If your account is terminated or inactive for more than 12 months with no active subscription, we may delete your account and associated data.

Generated videos, images, and scripts are retained for 90 days after generation. After that period, or upon account deletion, generated content is permanently deleted from our storage.

Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data
• Portability: request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: object to processing of your data for analytics purposes

ContentForgeAI App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@contentforgeai.com and we will delete such information promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, HttpOnly session cookies, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, and rate limiting to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to this policy or your use of ContentForgeAI App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
