ContentForgeAI App (contentforgeai.app) is owned and operated by ARSI Tech Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the ContentForgeAI App platform, including all features, content, and services offered through the platform.

By creating an account or using ContentForgeAI App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARSI Tech Solutions.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@contentforgeai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

ARSI Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are found to be fraudulent, or have been inactive for more than 12 months with no active paid subscription.

3.1 Credit System

ContentForgeAI App operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate videos, images, or other AI-powered content. The approximate cost per video is 47 credits. Credit balances do not carry over between billing cycles unless you purchase credit top-ups.

3.2 Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly. Current pricing:

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). ARSI Tech Solutions reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. ARSI Tech Solutions does not store your card details.

3.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Unused credits from a cancelled subscription are forfeited. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@contentforgeai.com within 7 days of the charge.

You agree not to use ContentForgeAI App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
• Create content that impersonates real individuals without their consent
• Produce content that violates YouTube's, Instagram's, or Facebook's terms of service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or pipeline architecture
• Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties
• Use the platform to generate spam or bulk unsolicited content in violation of platform policies
• Circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls

ARSI Tech Solutions reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these restrictions without prior notice.

5.1 Platform IP

ContentForgeAI App, including its code, design, pipeline architecture, and branding, is the intellectual property of ARSI Tech Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a licence to the platform beyond the right to use it as a subscriber.

5.2 Generated Content

Videos, images, and scripts generated through ContentForgeAI App using your prompts and credits are owned by you, subject to the licences of the underlying AI models (Flux 2 Pro via fal.ai, Gemini via Google/OpenRouter). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with the terms of those underlying model providers.

5.3 No Training Use

ARSI Tech Solutions does not use your generated content or input prompts to train AI models.

ContentForgeAI App allows you to connect and publish to YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. When you connect these platforms, you authorise ContentForgeAI App to act on your behalf for publishing purposes only. You remain solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all published content complies with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
• Any copyright claims arising from content you publish
• The accuracy of metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags) applied to published content

ARSI Tech Solutions is not responsible for content rejected, removed, or penalised by third-party platforms.

ContentForgeAI App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ARSI Tech Solutions does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARSI Tech Solutions's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of ContentForgeAI App shall not exceed the amount you paid to ARSI Tech Solutions in the 30 days preceding the claim.

ARSI Tech Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use ContentForgeAI App.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Billing Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you retain access until then.

ARSI Tech Solutions may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued operation of your account poses a security or legal risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your generated content will be deleted within 90 days per our data retention policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ContentForgeAI App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ARSI Tech Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of ContentForgeAI App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
